Mr. Bus Driver!

My obsession with buses took another turn for the extreme when Papa found me this stationery bus machine in a shopping mall that would shake and move when some coins were inserted into a slot next to it.

Imagine my delight when I got to experience first hand handling the bus, complete with steering wheel and all! Wee! Too bad I couldn’t move it anywhere though. Sigh. :-p

Rocking the Horse

After months of rodeo riding on Papa, Mama, and other things all over the house, I had a glimpse or teaser of how riding a horse would be like when I was in the children’s section of Ikea. They had this toy rocking horse on display and I just couldn’t resist riding it. Wee!

Sure feels good riding it! Wonder why Papa and mama didn’t buy it for me? Perhaps they are afraid their riding duties may be replaced at home. Hehe…:-p

Phone Fun

One of my favourite play toys is this item called the phone. This small little gadget must be pretty important to adults as I have seen almost every adult holding and talking into one. It looks pretty simple to operate too. By pressing some of those numbered buttons on the front, one can then talk into the phone.

When we were in hotel rooms where there were at least two of these phones, it was just so much fun for me to pick up, press and play. Strangely, no one ever responds to my “hello” when I speak into it.

Perhaps I didn’t press enough numbers. Or perhaps it has something to do with some wires attached to it that Papa pulled out earlier. Hmmm...

Resurfacing Relics

I am beginning to suspect there could be some kind of conspiracy theory right here in my own house! You see, I’ve noticed some of the toys I’ve been playing with would mysteriously disappear after a few weeks.

And in similar mysterious fashion, these toys would later resurface a few weeks or months later…much to my delight actually, I may add..hehe. But I think all my toys actually have a mind of their own. They would conveniently disappear for some unknown mission and later return to keep me company again.

Hmmmm…hope this mystery gets answered when I get older. :-D

View from the Throne

Although I don’t really look like I enjoy my food, one of the highlights that I enjoy about feeding time is when my feeding chair is placed on top of the normal adult chairs. Sitting high above ground gives me an elevated feeling like a king on a throne.

In addition, it is always more fun when I throw toys down on the floor from my lofty position. Hee!

Transformable Toys

I was gleefully delighted when Papa presented me with some exclusive toys that he had purchased from this place called ebay. They were a pair of robot-like soft toys with strange names such as Softimus Prime and Slumblebee. Apparently, they were created after popular characters from the Transformers series that Papa speaks so highly of.

Anyway, the cool thing about these toys is that they can be reversed inside out to become a truck and a car! And they are made of soft materials so there should be no way I could hurt myself playing with them.

Strange thing is Papa seems more excited about them than me. Hmmmm.
