Had a great Raya holiday getaway with Papa and Mama two weekends back. It was a long break so we took the chance to bring back lots of little sister (to be)'s cargo back to Sitiawan. I wonder if this was a similar exercise before I came out last time. Hmmm.
Anyway, these are some pics of my Raya getaway!

Catching Up With Ethan Koko! (or was it the other way round)
Aug 6, 2009
More photos from Penang!! Wee!
Met up with Ethan Koko in this nice restaurant called Nonya Breeze. I vaguely remember coming here before but I still cannot enjoy all the lovely food on display. Sigh. At least this time, Mama allowed me to sample some of the dishes. Maybe I need more teeth to grow before I'm allowed full access. :-P

Holidaying in Penang!
Aug 4, 2009
I went travelling again to Penang two weekends ago! Papa had some business to attend to and since it was rather last minute, he decided to drive us all up there for the weekend. Yay me!
It was also rather timely as Ethan Koko had just touched down from USA a week earlier. This would mean that I would be able to meet up with him as well as baby Hannah! Wee! I will post photos on that in another blog as I already have quite a number of photos here.
As usual, my travel blog in pictures below:

PKR Roadtrip
Aug 7, 2008
Whew! What an adventure I had over the past weekend. Papa and Mama took some days off and took me on my longest roadtrip ever. It sure felt like a PKR roadtrip. P being Perak and Penang; K being Kedah ( I remember crossing the border at some point); and R being Rest Areas. What else would you think PKR meant? *wink* Some were proper rest areas while most of the time, it was *ahem* as deemed necessary by me, if you know what I mean. :-p
The main objective of the trip was to attend one of my relative's 80th birthday. Not really sure how to address grand Uncle Pak Leng (perhaps?), so I'll just stick to relatives. Aren't they all? Hee!
Being tired and all from the trip (actually, Papa and Mama looks more tired..hmmmm. Could it be me? Nah...), I will let pictures do the talking for my blog today:

I have arrived in Penang!! We stayed in Gurney Hotel, and this is the nice view from the room. Sadly, this was the closest I got to see the beach. :-( *hint hint*

Posing on teh hotel bed. Hee! Nice and comfy!

Terrible looking cot they provided. Papa and Mama were worried for my safety and didn't put me in that 'thing' at all. We did however found it useful to hang our towels though...

My dinner table...really nice food; Too bad I couldn't try any and as per my earlier dinner, I managed to persuade Papa and Mama to leave early too
Somehow everyone became very excited when this dish came out. Surprisingly never finish also....I wonder why...

My family and I! Here I am, showing off my shiny head instead of my face...

Overall, it was a wonderful and exciting trip. I got to cross many bridges - one that crossed a gigantic bathtub comes to mind as we approached Penang. I also had my first taste of jacuzzi when Papa took me into the hotel bathtub with this facility. Can't wait for my next trip to Penang - hopefully when I have full set of teeth to try all those stuff I see around there. :-D

People say it isn’t good for a newborn to be traveling around too much. Not sure why but I sure have been like some rebel goin’ places in only my first two weeks! A brief chronology of events detailing my travels till today.
Day 1 – Delivered in Cheras, KL
Day 3 – Discharged; travel home to Balakong.
Day 5 – Travel to Cheras for checkup; Admitted for jaundice treatment
Day 7 – Discharged; travel back home to Balakong.
Day 8 – Travel to Ipoh
Day 9 – Travel to Menglembu; stranded – car broke down.
Day 12 – Travel to Sitiawan – finally!
Don’t think I’ll be traveling anywhere far soon – perhaps during my full moon celebration…yay....(shhh...keep it down..)

Tummy Belt

At my young age, I’m already starting to experience the spills and thrills of road trips. When we were in Ipoh last week, we stopped over at my Uncle Suan Sing’s house in Menglembu to pick up Ah Por to leave for Sitiawan. When Papa had parked his car inside the house porch, the car made some noise and then just shut down.
The mechanic that came over said it was a tummy belt issue and it would take a couple of days to fix. I never knew cars also wore tummy belts. Maybe I should feed more and more so that I don’t have to wear a tummy belt too.
This tummy belt episode left me stranded in my third house in a week before leaving for my fourth house!
