Tin Man
Who needs peace around the house anyway? :-P
Dizzy Dancer
Unfortunately, I still do not have enough dance moves to catch attention yet. Think I get more giggles and laughs whenever I dance. Hmmmmph. Anyway, among my favourite dance moves (there are not many anyway) include:
1. Stomp the Yard! – Legs spread, with a little sway from left to right, in a stomping manner.
2. Spin City! – Turn round and round till I lose coordination and balance. Wonder if drunks feel this way. Hmmmm.
3. Clapper – NO dance wouold be complete without the clapping hand portion. :-D
4. Flying Bird – Flapping of both arms in an action like I was trying to fly
5. Finger Snap – work in progress. Got my finger actions right already but just can’t seem to produce the snapping sounds yet. Sigh!
Being Happy and Knowing It!

Doggie Duet
Mama: How much is that doggie in the window?
Me: Woof! Woof!
Mama: The one with the waggily tail…

Me: Woof! Woof!
Mama: I sure hope that doggie’s for sale!
Me: Woof! Woof!
Can I Have A Drum Set?

Piano Man

It’s a wonder how these tiny keys of black and white in colour can make such annoying noises as well as beautiful music when banged upon. And it’s another mystery why they built it so wide! I can’t even reach one end of the piano to the other end! Sigh.
Anyway, I sure had fun giving my fingers some banging exercises at this piano in Ah Por and Ah Kung’s house. Am looking forward to explore other features of this piano next time….like maybe how it tastes, or can it withstand my weight…
Front Row with Bon Jovi!
My Fav Cartoons!
So far, these are my favourite cartoons, in no particular order:
1. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse – just love that Hotdog dance!! Yeah!
2. Little Einsteins - have learnt to journal my progress of crawling from moderato to presto! Also the “pat, pat, pat…” sounds eerily close to my bedtime ritual.
3. Shaun the Sheep – this is simply hilarious!
4. WordWorld – Story can be quite tiring but they do have some song and dance every now and then.
5. Dibo the Gift Dragon – very catchy theme song and credit song!
6. My Friends Tigger and Pooh – teaches me to think, think think!
7. Pocoyo – narrator can be quite annoying but the orchestra is quite funny!
8. Bunnytown – really love the singings and dancings! Bunnies are cute too!
Mr Conductor
Now if they’d only give me an orchestra to play with. Hmmmmm.
Parenting Tip: Old Macdonald – Papa’s Extended Version
However, since the song isn’t very long by nature, Papa has thrown in a few more animals into the song so that it becomes an extended version that can last for up to about 20 minutes of playtime! I kid you not! Hee!
I would like to share this extended version with everyone today, thinking it may be a helpful song for other parents who may need to sing the song longer than it usual length.
Old Macdonald had a farm
E-I-E-I-O
And on his farm he had some dogs
E-I-E-I-O
And a

Old Macdonald had a farm

Repeat, replacing animal sounds in <…..> appropriately:
Cats – Meow
Cows – Moo
Ducks – Quack
Geese – Cackle
Hens – Cluck
Worms – Squirm
Pigs – Oink
Birds – Chirp
Bees – Buzz
Frogs – Ribid
Flies – Zzzz

Goat – Mek
Snakes – Sssss

Rabbits – Hop
Roosters – Cockcrow
Gophers – Dig
Rats – Squeak
Lions – Roar
Rhinos – Gore
More Dogs – Woof, woof woof…
More Cats – Meow, meow meow…
Etc.
End:
Old Macdonald had a farm
E-I-E-I-O
And on his farm he had Collin
E-I-E-I-O
And a poop poop here, and a poop poop there
Here poop there poop, everywhere poop poop
Old Macdonald had a farm
And it’s a smelly farm…
Come to think of it, considering the number of animals in the song, we could also replace farm with zoo! Hee!
My First Notes

It is ridiculously colourful with flower-like petal keys and knobs that make the tunes go faster. But seriously, it doesn’t resemble a piano at all!
Anyway, it does help in keeping me entertained though. Besides, those colourful petals are yummy; and Papa teaches me that stomping the keys with my feet can be quite a workout. Hee!
